Robert’s Energybars, a new variation

I haven’t been blogging about food for a long time. I decided to record the amounts I use in my current recipe for the energy-bars I occasionally make to have something fast just after training.

Ingredients:

  • 4 dl Porridge Oats
  • 1½ dl Muesli
  • 2 dl Water
  • 2 dl Flour
  • 50 g Dark Chocolate cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Rapeseed Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Agave Sirup
  • 2 tablespoons Linseeds
  • some salt (3-4 ml)

Mix all ingredients gently. Butter and breadcrumb a rectangle ovenware. Put the mix in the ovenware and put it in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 22-25 minutes.
Tip it over on a cutting board and let it cool down. Cut it into about 2cm thick slices. Wrap in baking paper, and put them in a freezer.

  • 4 dl Havregryn
  • 1½ dl Müsli
  • 2 dl Vatten
  • 2 dl Mjöl
  • 50 g Mörk Choklad skuren i små skivor
  • 2 msk Rafsolja
  • 3 msk Agavesirap
  • 2 msk Linfrö
  • Lite salt (3-4 ml)

Blanda alla ingredienser. Smöra och bröa en avlång ugnsform. Grädda på 175 grader Celcius i 22-25 minuter. Stjälp upp på en skärbräda och låt den kallna. Skär upp i 2 cm skivor, packa i bakpapper och frys in.
